Sizing

How does Formless sizing run?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized silhouette. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. If you like the dropped-shoulder, boxy fit as intended, go true to size. Each product page includes a size guide with exact measurements.

I'm between sizes. What should I do?
For tops and hoodies, size up. For sweatpants, go true to size — the waistband has enough give.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–9 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 10–21 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, email us immediately at support@wearformless.com. Once it's in production or shipped, we can't make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return?
Email support@wearformless.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size or color, we'll process an exchange as long as the item is available. Email us to get started.

Product & Care

How do I care for my Formless pieces?
Cold wash, inside out. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach. Our garments are pre-shrunk, but high heat will shorten the life of any fabric.

Why are the prices higher than fast fashion?
Because the fabrics are heavier, the construction is better, and these pieces are built to last. A 380gsm fleece hoodie costs more to make than a 220gsm one. You'll feel the difference the moment it's in your hands.

Discount Codes

I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
At checkout, there's a field labeled "Discount code" before you enter your payment information. Enter your code there and it will be applied automatically.

Can I combine discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
